What if I'm already speaking to another customer when a DreamTALK user calls me?

DreamTALK requires you to accept the incoming call. If you are unavailable the call will go to your voicemail. The call will be treated as a missed call and will show up in your missed call log. The missed call log supplies you with the visitor's email address and phone number. With our enhanced plan you and your visitor will also receive emails notifying them of the missed call and that you will return their call shortly.
